InspireQuest has always been about building bridges – between stories, people, and experiences. After the success and the community spirit of the Dreamers & Seekers book, a new chapter begins: the Creative Self-Discovery & Wellbeing Series, bringing together art, self-awareness, and shared experiences.
Our aim with InspireQuest has always been to help people find strengths, inspiration, courage, and confidence within themselves — to make their dreams happen and create fulfilling and meaningful lives. And just as importantly, to build community: a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where we can grow not only as individuals, but also together.
This new series is an experiment in creative collaboration — a living, evolving space where coaching meets art, reflection meets play, and individual stories weave into shared experiences.
Our first prototype workshop, Self-Discovery Inspired by Frida Kahlo, was born from such collaboration — blending coaching, art, and symbolism to explore what it truly means to reconnect with ourselves.
Meet the Co-Creators of Our First Workshop
Ildikó T. Foote – a professional coach with over 20 years of experience in guiding people and organisations to grow and thrive. Her own path of transformation taught her resilience, clarity, and the importance of living in alignment with one’s true self. Today, her passion is creating safe spaces where women can connect deeply with themselves, uncover new possibilities, and step toward more authentic and fulfilling lives. Her aim is to help people find strengths, inspiration, courage, and confidence within themselves — to make their dreams happen and create fulfilling and successful lives.
Kata Krekits – an artist and teacher, always exploring the mysteries of the world and humanity. She seeks authenticity and freedom, helping others reconnect with joy, their inner voice, and what truly matters. She brings her energy, curiosity, and love into this collaboration, weaving her own journey into the creative space we are building together.
Krisztina Dosa - founder of InspireQuest, author, event organiser, and graphic designer, whose mission is to connect people through stories, art, and meaningful experiences.
Her vision for the InspireQuest series is to create events that bring people closer to themselves and to each other — through creativity, reflection, and shared human connection.
This collaboration marks the beginning of a new chapter — one that invites many future co-creators, artists, and facilitators to join and shape the journey ahead.
Each InspireQuest workshop will carry its own unique colour and soul: sometimes combining painting with coaching, other times yoga with journaling, or music with storytelling. Every session is designed to open doors — to creativity, self-awareness, and human connection.
Our long-term vision is to grow from workshops into retreats, and eventually to create an inspiring permanent home — a creative centre where artists, coaches, and seekers from around the world can meet, share, and inspire each other. A place where both emerging and experienced creators can express themselves freely, receive support, and contribute to a collective flow of growth and inspiration.
At the same time, this series is about much more than trying something new. It is about quieting the noise, turning inward, and being among open-minded, curious, and thoughtful people. It’s about creating a space where experimentation is welcome, where growth unfolds naturally, and where everyone belongs — whether they seek learning, healing, or simply connection and replenishment.
This journey is shared – and open to all who feel called to be part of it.
Soon we’ll announce the date, venue, and details of our workshop – and we can’t wait to welcome you there. In the meantime, you can follow us on Instagram for updates, and once our Eventbrite event page goes live, you’ll also be able to subscribe there for notifications.
